"Sleep Better" has a white noise player with a convenient timer function. Other functions include a journal for users to record thoughts, dreams, or worries. There is also a Recommend Me page with links to fun games, cute pictures, and other things that will improve your day.

Many people have sleep issues, even if it is not at the forefront of their thoughts. 40% of women and 30% of men have some form of insomnia.

White noise helps block outside noise which might disturb your sleep. Playing white noise before and when you sleep helps you fall asleep much quicker and possibly improve sleep quality.

We had to learn a new library of Python that we hadn't worked with before, which was the base of our project, Tkinter. To overcome this, we watched many videos which taught us the basics, and also asked for help from our teacher and TA's.
