This website recommends an activity that may be able to help you or someone you know in a bad state of mind based on a series of questions and user input. Each choice in the questions is correlated to a state of mind and/or a mental health issue. We also include information and statistics to inform users about mental health.
Mental health is not widely spoken about, and we believe that focusing more on it and bringing solutions will reduce the percentage of those who are affected by it.
We ask the user how they feel through various questions, and then recommend an activity that is proven to relieve the way they feel.
Our group worked pretty smoothly, but the only thing that proved difficult was a Sign Up page. But, after researching online, we figured out how to make it work.
