Our project is a website that gives information about the LGBTQ+ community. The website includes a game, parental guide, videos, and information for people who are confused about their sexuality. It is meant to be a safe place for people to come out, be themselves, and/or discover who they truly are.

Youth is a time of confusion in sexuality and knowing who you really are, and parents have a hard time understanding their children's sexuality preferences.

We created a platform to provide information to the youth and help anyone who needs it. The website includes videos of interviews that we made with people in the LGBTQ+ community to share their experiences. We also made a game so people can see scenarios of discovering one's sexuality.

A problem we faced was, when creating the game, we used a new program called Ren'py and we needed to get the program to work with our code and see how it worked. This took some time, but with patience we were able to make it work.

"I'm really proud that you took on such a difficult task of making a website and a video game. The topic is also amazing. Good luck!!"

We are all high school students entering 11th and 12th grade. We all came together for this project to bring awareness of being a teen and the struggle of knowing our sexuality and who we are. We tried our very best, and we hope you enjoy!

This project was made by Girls Who Code Summer Immersion Program students at Kate Spade.
