EcoGo is a website dedicated to the dissemination of information for the benefit to the environment and our society. We have combined original content with existing media to create a user-friendly interface that bridges the gap between the everyday person and scientists. The goal of this website is to encourage everyday actions that are not only safe, but beneficial for the planet.

The earth is dying. Bees are dying. Animals are becoming extinct. Oceans are polluted. We can't wait to solve all these environmental issues. The time is now!

Our mission is to spread awareness on environmental issues especially those around the DMV area. We are focused on making sure that everyone is mindful and conscious of what is happening around the world and the everyday actions that they can take to protect the earth. We composed many resources that average citizens can use like articles, links, photos, inspirations, and more.

One technical problem we faced was working on Github at the same time. We had to make sure that we communicated with each other so all the code would be saved. By having numerous copies and working together on the code, we found a way to overcome the new technology we were using.
