Compass: helping you cope with your anxiety.

For our final project, we created "Compass" to provide assistance to people who suffer from anxiety. It gives information on the subject and directs people to other resources, while also providing breathing exercises to alleviate panic attacks.
Anxiety is a mental health disorder that affects a large percentage of the human population. It hinders the ability to calm oneself and can lead to other problems. Despite it being a widespread issue, resources for anxiety can be difficult to access. For some people, consulting a counselor is a daunting task, whether due to being uncomfortable in the environment or because of financial issues.
Since anxiety is such a common disorder, we decided to help people who are affected by it. So, we created "Compass", a website built to help those with anxiety.

It took us a few days to figure out how GitHub works. The hardest part was making sure we didn't accidentally delete our code while adding someone else's. Eventually we mastered it through a lot of trial and error.
